Yarbasan Holiday Homes are
located in the heart of the Bodrum peninsula,
only fifteen minutes from Bodrum town itself.

Excellent roads link all the worthwhile locations of the peninsula to each other, and bring together the many wondrous sites, both modern and ancient within the parameters of leisurely day trips. It is possible to start one’s day with a breakfast at Yarbasan, drive from there to the northern beaches of the peninsula, visiting exciting Yalikavak, deluxe Gündogan and dreamy Torba, on the way to the ancient city of Iassos for a dose of five thousand year-old civilization complete with an amphitheater and an agora, and a delicious lunch of freshly caught fish and seafood by the water’s edge.
After lunch, a drive into the real Turkish countryside, through cotton fields and villages where time has stopped still, to Euromos whose temple of Zeus has eighteen fully standing Corinthian columns, the most of any temple from the Hellenistic world. A short hop from Euromos is Milas, as authentic a town of modern Turkey as can be found, and a crimson glass of tea in a market teahouse around the bussle of shoppers and kibitzers, all of whom will smile and welcome guests from other parts of the world.
A forty minute drive will bring you back to
Yarbasan for a cocktail by the sunset and a
well-deserved rest to restore you for the
evening ahead, either for a relaxing dinner at
Yarbasan’s own Erenler Sofrasi or onto Bodrum, a
town that never sleeps. Here a vast array of
fine restaurants, some with live music, will
tease your taste buds and set the mood for
world-class entertainment whatever your desire,
